Sound Bath Workshop- 1/29 6pm

Join us for a special Sound Bath Class to celebrate the New Year and Lunar New Year! Rejuvenate and kick off your year with an incredible experience filled with uplifting vibrations.

We will move the middle table in the shop and make room for your mats. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you want to cover up during the meditation.
